Rates & insurance

Help should be affordable for anyone who needs it.

Straightforward pricing, a real sliding scale funded by donors, and clear information about how to use your benefits.

Sliding scale
From $45 / session

Most of our clients pay a sliding-scale rate based on what their household can manage — funded by donors and our church partnership, so cost is never the reason someone can't start.

Not applying for sliding scale? Our standard rate is $130 / 50-min session — the same whether you see our director or our interns.

How it works

A rate that fits your household.

We hold a significant number of sliding-scale spots every year for clients who need financial help to start or continue care. Our sliding scale starts as low as $45 per session, and is funded entirely by donors and our partnership with Church of the City Spring Hill.

How to apply: bring proof of income to your first session. Our intake coordinator will walk you through a short, no-awkwardness conversation about what rate fits your household. No paperwork in advance — and no judgment.

Every sliding-scale session is funded by donors like you.

When demand outpaces funding, we have to turn clients away. Your gift helps us say yes to more people.

Insurance

Why we're out-of-network.

We don't accept insurance. Instead, we can provide a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

This isn't an oversight — it's a choice. Going through insurance would require us to assign a clinical diagnosis, share session notes with insurance reviewers, and let them set treatment limits. We'd rather keep your care confidential and let your therapist (not your insurer) decide what you need.

No Surprises Act notice
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your care. We will provide a written estimate at your request or at your first session. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. For more information visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

Payment methods

Cash, check, and all major credit cards, including HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
