Like so many in this area, I am also a Tennessee transplant. After trying out several other states my family settled in Spring Hill in 2018.

I have personally felt the importance of finding a safe space and know the courage it takes to step into our stories. I have also felt the financial burden of sticking with therapy and I am passionate about providing a quality, affordable, and accessible therapy option.

My belief is that when individuals or couples seek and find effective help the impacts are exponential. It would be my honor to walk with you as you make your way through life's ups and downs. Together, we will brave the dark and discover hope again. We will learn new skills and better understand ourselves through sincere commitment to the healing process.

When I am not in the office I am focusing on being a wife and a mother to four amazing children. I love to be outside and would choose the mountains in fall over the beach any day. Let's begin this journey together.

Credentials & training: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (TN #1809), EFT Externship, TF-CBT Certified, EMDR I & II, Gottman Level I & II.

As a therapist, I'm passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our stories with honesty, curiosity, grace and compassion.

With over ten years of experience in residential, IOP and high school settings, I have a strong professional focus on working with adolescents and young adults. I am committed to helping them navigate the unique challenges of identity, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and the transition into adulthood. Whether someone is figuring out who they are, coping with the academic or social pressures, or finding their place in the world, I aim to provide a calm, encouraging space where they can develop confidence and resilience.

My broader clinical experience includes supporting individuals, couples and families through life transitions, relationship concerns and personal growth. I also draw from my own life experiences of balancing motherhood and identity, building healthy relationships, and learning to extend grace to connect with clients in an authentic and relatable way. The goal for the sessions is to foster clarity, establish confidence, develop meaningful coping skills and support ongoing progress towards personal growth.

Outside the therapy room, I can often be found baking something sweet, planning my next Disney trip, or spending time with my family. These personal joys remind me of the importance of connection and balance which are values I bring into my work with every client.

Credentials & training: Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (under the supervision of Dave Morgan, LMFT TN #753), M.A. Marriage & Family Therapy from Lipscomb University.

Growing up in rural Mississippi, therapy was a foreign concept for a long time. Then I experienced my own mental health struggles after my children were born. And in 2019, my life purpose was made clear to me: encourage others and help them heal, just like others have done for you.

I am passionate about making therapy approachable and normalizing conversations about mental health. My background includes helping those with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, addiction, and those who want to understand more about themselves. In session I use a combination of empathy, neuroscience, and humor.

When not in the office, I like to spend time with my husband and two kids, daydream about our next trip, or geocache.

Credentials & training: LPC-MHSP (associate, under the supervision of Andrea Mills, LPC-MHSP), M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR, RO-DBT Level 1.

I have spent many years in ministry through mission work, kids ministry, and high school ministry. My favorite part about working in ministry was always the opportunities I got to sit down with someone one-on-one and hear their stories. When I began my own therapy journey, I not only found healing but also discovered a new desire to become a counselor myself. I went on to earn a master's degree in counseling through the Townsend Institute. I feel truly honored to do the work I love: supporting individuals as they make sense of their stories and move toward healing and hope.

My approach has been shaped by Chip Dodd's Spiritual Root System (™), Townsend Institute's Character Structure Development, Attachment Theory, and Narrative Therapy. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I strive to explore the deeper roots—understanding where pain and patterns originate. My hope is that, through this deeper work, clients will begin to see their stories more clearly and find redemption even in the wounds they've experienced in life.

When I'm not counseling, you'll likely find me soaking up time with my husband and sons, crocheting, hiking, or spending time in community.

Credentials & training: Pre-licensed professional (under the supervision of Jill Summers, LPC-MHSP TN #3355), M.A. Counseling: Clinical Mental Health from Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a variety of life challenges, with a particular focus on anxiety, perfectionism, and the unique experiences of being gifted or neurodivergent. Many of my clients describe feeling “different,” like they're too much and not enough at the same time. I understand the courage it takes to step into therapy and seek support when life feels overwhelming or isolating.

My passion for this work is deeply personal—I know what it's like to wrestle with anxiety, ADHD, giftedness, and perfectionism, and to feel out of place even in a crowded room. These experiences have shaped my commitment to creating a safe space where those feelings are met with compassion and where clients can begin to feel truly understood.

In session, I bring warmth, curiosity, and steadiness. I adapt my approach to each person, incorporating techniques like Brainspotting to help clients reconnect with resilience, process their experiences, and move toward growth and healing. My hope is that through our work together, clients will develop a stronger sense of belonging and find their place in the world with greater confidence.

When I'm not in the office, I love exploring new coffee shops, spending time near the water, reading, and hanging out with my two dogs and two cats.

As a counselor, I am passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and families navigate the different seasons of life they find themselves in. I create an encouraging space where individuals can express themselves, understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop new skills that promote meaningful change within their lives. My approach to counseling is grounded in the importance of social connection, belonging, and significance in human development. I utilize play therapy techniques, expressive arts, and evidence-based interventions to help clients navigate challenges with anxiety, life/family transitions, parental support, relational dynamics, and self-esteem issues.

I grew up in Arizona, and throughout the many years I lived there, I was either working in children's ministries, child-care settings, or in a school. Each of these positions enabled me to serve children and their families in unique and collaborative ways. It was through these experiences that I realized the power of personal connection and the value in helping individuals to feel seen, heard, and understood. My desire to help individuals with their mental health led me to make the cross-country move to Nashville in order to pursue my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Play Therapy. I completed my clinical training during graduate school at Daystar Counseling Ministries, where I provided compassionate, age-appropriate care to children and their families.

When I am not in the counseling office, you can find me at Mojos Tacos with my fiancé, trying new local coffee shops with friends, spending time with family, or starting my next crafting project.

Credentials & training: Licensed Professional Counseling Associate, TN #8665 (under the supervision of Emily Simpson, LPC-MHSP TN #2495), M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialization in Play Therapy from Lipscomb University, B.S. Neuroscience and Cognitive Science with a minor in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona.

I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and consider this work a deeply meaningful second career. I grew up outside of Washington, DC in an environment that emphasized high performance, which shaped my understanding of pressure, expectations, and the ways stress and expectations can impact both individuals and relationships. Before entering the counseling field, I spent several years in event planning and later stayed home with my young children. My own experience in counseling was life changing and transformed my relationship with my husband as well as how I show up as a mother. Through that process, I discovered a calling to support others on their own paths toward freedom, healing, and growth.

I am passionate about identifying root issues rather than focusing solely on symptoms, which I view as important signals that something deeper may be going on. While I believe in working through pain with care and intention, I also value forward movement by helping clients develop practical skills and solutions to navigate everyday stressors. I am especially drawn to working with individuals and couples impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and addiction, and marital crisis. Above all, safety is central to my work. I strive to create a counseling space that feels secure, compassionate, and free from shame. I believe shame keeps people stuck in unhelpful patterns, and I am committed to helping clients release shame so they can experience greater freedom, connection, and lasting change.

When I am not in the office I love playing basketball with my daughters, pickleball with friends, and working on home projects with my husband.

Credentials & training: M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in progress at Liberty University; expected graduation December 2026.

I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to Spring Hill in 2020. I am thrilled to be a part of supporting the community I love! While working in ministry administration for the past 5 years, my greatest joy in my role was offering comfort, understanding, and support to the hurting people who crossed my path. In 2023, I felt a strong desire to help meet the rising need for mental health services and began pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

I have a heart for individuals who feel lost, alone, and stuck. I love creating a warm, empathetic environment where individuals feel safe and comfortable to be real and unfiltered. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, my focus is helping clients make sense of confusing, destructive patterns that leave them feeling powerless. I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection and aim to offer an integrated approach that promotes holistic healing.

When I'm not counseling I love cooking and baking, reading, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling my cat.
